The service

SEOInstrumenti.com provides technical checks, generators and informational results for websites, domains, networks and text. Core tools work without registration; accounts add favourites and saved reports.

Each tool states its method, source and limitations. Checks of public URLs, DNS, TLS and RDAP depend on the availability and response of the system being examined.

What results do not promise

Results are technical information at the time of the request. They do not guarantee rankings, indexing, traffic, security, authorship, market value or the absence of legal risk.

For decisions with financial, legal or material technical impact, check the primary source and seek an appropriate professional.

Text-match results

The percentage in a text-match report measures the share of checkable query words covered by confirmed exact matches in the sources and on the corpus date shown. It is not a “plagiarism percentage”, uniqueness score or claim that the whole internet was checked.

A match may result from a permitted quotation, licensed material, common wording or an earlier publication. The automated result alone does not establish the original source, authorship or infringement and does not replace legal or editorial review.

Acceptable use

Use the platform only for lawful purposes and for addresses, content and data you are entitled to check. Do not bypass limits, attack systems, probe private networks, send spam or overload the service with automation.

We may temporarily restrict a request or account in response to abuse, security risk, excessive load or a legal requirement.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for accurate registration details, password security and activity through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may close an account for verified abuse or a material breach while preserving mandatory consumer rights.

Availability and changes

We take reasonable steps to keep the service fast and available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, DNS, network, an unavailable target website or a security control may temporarily restrict a function.

We may update a tool when a standard, browser or public protocol changes. Its established public URL remains available, while an obsolete function may be replaced with a current check and the change explained on the page.

Content and rights

The platform code, design, editorial content and brand are protected by applicable law. Your submitted data remains yours; you grant only the limited permission needed to run the requested function.

Do not systematically republish the catalogue, interface or results as a competing service without permission.

Liability

We do not exclude rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Otherwise, liability is limited to direct and foreseeable loss caused by our culpable breach, to the extent permitted by law.

We are not responsible for a decision based solely on an automated result, third-party website content, or that website’s availability and accuracy.

Applicable law and contact

Bulgarian law applies without removing mandatory consumer protection granted by the law of an EU consumer’s country. We first seek to resolve disputes through direct contact, followed by the competent court or authority.
